Deep in the archives of my Favorite Recipes Blog, I pulled one of my all-time favorite summer dishes, Lemon-Basil Grilled Shrimp & Couscous. I love this one because it is packed with flavor, but is light for this time of year. The Mediterranean flare with feta cheese, kalamata olives and fresh lemon zest, thyme and basil awaken your taste buds with every bite. This simple recipe was inspired by WilliamSonoma.com, but my version is yours to enjoy at DeniseHallerbach.com.
