BUYERS ARE LOOKING…
Indeed… though the weather is beginning to rear its playful head, it does not seem to stop buyers from checking out the inventory and making a move on the home they love.  And while progress of construction can be impacted by winter, and the inventory for re-sale properties remains low, typical for the season, lower inventory means less competition, so now may be the perfect time to sell your home.  Email me today for your complimentary marketing appointment or call me at 775.233.0682.
