FEATURED RECIPE
MEDITERRANEAN HERB GARDEN PASTA
As the weather heats up, a light pasta with fresh garden herbs may be just what you’re craving to.  Mediterranean Herb Garden Pasta pairs well with a beautifully seasoned, grilled steak or lemon-garlic chicken kabobs, or can be served as the main coarse if you want to go vegetarian.  Learn how to make it, and enjoy, at DeniseHallerbach.com.

If you, or someone you love, think you need to save enough money for a 20% down payment, think again.  During the time you are taking to save what you think is enough, the prices of homes have risen so much that you may no longer be able to afford to purchase before long, should prices continue to rise.  This is where Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) comes in VERY handy.  Learn more at DeniseHallerbach.com about purchasing with a lower down payment and PMI.
